BEGINNER'S MIND: A NOURISHING PRACTICE TO WELCOME THE NEW YEAR
with Breanne Goldman - January 1st at 9:00 am
The new year offers an opportunity to release what no longer serves us, creating sacred space to reflect and renew. Who do we wish to be in the world? How can we live in alignment with our values? When we cultivate Beginner’s Mind, we approach each moment with curiosity, a fresh lens.
Please join Breanne on New Year’s Day for a nourishing practice of release, reflection, and renewal. Welcome 2021 in community with mindful movement, grounding breath, introspection, and intention.
*10% of all proceeds will be donated to Food Bank of the Rockies to support our neighbors experiencing food insecurity
