- Western Anatomical Concepts, Applied to Yin

- Supported Yin Yoga Practice - Introducing Sandbags

- Eastern Anatomical Concepts, Applied to Yin (the "dot" activity)

- TCM Inspired Yin Yoga Practice - Assisting and Propping Practicum

- Introduction to Sequencing, Common Questions and Adaptations

- Drafting Your Yin Yoga Elevator Speech, Additional Resources & Next Steps

This training is led by Kari Kwinn, the Director of Yoga at White Lotus. She is a YACEP, and this course is worth 7 or 8  CEUs with the Yoga Alliance.
