This ancient practice is more than simply stretching – yoga is a philosophy that supports wellness of the entire person. You'll find that our private-like classes are inspired from a variety of yogic traditions, from restorative to vinyasa, with an emphasis in strengthening an awareness of the connections between mind, body, spirit, and the greater community. Because of our small classes, our well educated instructors will have the time and ability to work with you and your needs; whether its movement to increase strength, decrease pain or meditation and breathe work to counter daily stressors, we can help you find balance.

1. A brief opportunity to connect with other students
2. An emphasis on breath
3. A singular focus or teaching per session
4. At minimum, a five minute uninterrupted savasana

If a full membership doesn't work for you because you prefer to come to only one specific class time, our mini-memberships are catered to you. These memberships allow you to come to one specific class as many times as you'd like each month.
